Cinque Terre Charme Rooms

Brand new room. Comfortable, well located, near the train station. Andrea was super sweet and provided tips for restaurants and bars.

Location good as near station for the cinque terre walk. I asked to leave bags before check-in time, which worked well. Very clean room. Modern bathroom. Would stay again. It is the first floor room, so only 1 flight of stairs. Room provided good coffee for the morning.

It was a little noisy due to the location near station but when the windows were closed, it was fine. (We stayed in September when no need for AC, so can't comment on that).

Good location. Only 6 minutes walk from the railway station. Convenient walk into the main part of town too where there are many eating places. A little carrefour close by too Spotlessly clean

Bathroom quite small and easy to bang your head if youre tall. But it was all clean and if you want the hostess will make up yr room everyday. Also tea and coffee making are in communal hallway which is ok but not what I expected

Very clean room, new and comfortable. The owner was so helpful. Close to the train station.

It was a bit noisy from the passing trains, as the windows were facing the tracks.

The location is perfect, you really get the best of both worlds. La Spezia to go out, eat, drink and relax and the train station for an easy access for check-in, check-out and to go Cinque Terre. The hosts are very nice and welcoming. I felt like I was amongst friends with Andrea. SInce he also owns a bar and a restaurant in town, I was welcomed with warmth and had a lot of fun during my stay.

The room was clean, air conditioned and well furnished. They gave us the opportunity to leave our luggage before check-in. The place is very close to the train station and also close to the main street of the city.

There were some small things that could be improved, namely: 1. A net on the window, because otherwise when you open the window, a lot of mosquitoes come in, and 2. Some kind of basket or tray in the shower room to put your shampoo and other bathing accessories , and 3. The coffee machine and the water jug ​​were in the common corridor and if you wanted to make coffee early in the morning it was not possible without waking up the people in the other rooms.

I was put in one of the new rooms which was much better than the one in the photos. I didn’t have a balcony but I preferred this room and the bathroom was lovely. They even had USB sockets and Bluetooth mirror to play music whilst you shower.

I would have like a kettle to make a hot drink
