Flat on the first floor, clean and comfortable, beautiful garden and swimming pool. Owners polite and helpful, live in the building but we felt at ease. Highly recommend!

"Amazing location for relax!"

The property is really amazing! The apartment is spotless, clean, comfortable. The pool outdoor is perfect for hot days to relax. Location is amazing! You will do 20 minute to Etna, and 30 minutes to Catania airport. Nicolosi is a beautiful village. Inside you have a kitchen where to cook, a coffee machine and fridge. Like a suggestion it will be useful some oil, pepper and some condiments. We had a little treat, something for breakfast like muffins, toast and jam. We had an amazing time here ❤️

Sometimes the flush doesn’t worked.

"Perfect location for visiting easter Sicilia and Etna"

Very nice location at the base of Etna, quiet neighbourhood, yet very close to Nicolosi center (5 minutes by car). Distance from Catania: 15-20 minutes by car. Denise and Michele provided high level customer care, great communication, short response time. Definitely recommended!
