Nice view of the Etna, decent bed. Fancy garden and the pool. When we had issues with the shower, they were solved very promptly. Denise is very nice and responsive.

1) pls read the description carefully - its apartments on the first floor of the house, not the entire house. Very narrow and steep metal stairs outside are the only way to get in. 2) coffee machine was brocken 3) there is no dishwasher despite one stated in the description, iron snd ironing accessories need to be asked separately 4) apartments are way smaller than stated in the description 5) poorly equipped kitchen - we needed to buy some stuff just to be able to cook 6) cats. a lot of cats. we counted 4 living on the territory and 2-3 more coming and going. They are all trying to get in. 7) in fact the place is far away from everything except Etna, 25-30 minutes by car to malls, 35-40 to the beaches, around the same time to the city 8) the pool is constantly being cleaned because of the ash coming from the Etna, so you will need to ask to stop cleaning every time you will want to use it

The house is in an outer part of Nicolosi and very quiet at night. Bed is big and comfy - so you really sleep well. Huge wardrobe, which is necessary, because in the bathroom there is no space for hanging the big towels. Big pool in a well maintained garden, which we could not use, because of the cold and rainy weather in May.

very impersonal, not even a greeting, only five WhatsApp messages. This is not what you expect when you book a room in a private house. The flat was not clean: stains in the kitchen and the shower seems to never have been cleaned. The furniture in the bathroom need refurbishment.

Really helpful and friendly communication in advance and on arrival. Really nice apartment for our family and amazing to have such a great pool with a view. So much storage space as well!

Nothing really. Would be hard without a car but you could just relax there for a whole week and the walk into town was only around 10 minutes

First, the hosts (Michele, Marzia and Denise) are excellent, amicable and warm. They made us feel really welcome and helped us with all of our requests. They make sure to deliver a 5-star service which me and my girlfriend really appreciated. Second, the property is amazing, spacious, green and with a swimming pool (which is a must). I spent every morning in the swimming pool before leaving to explore and see my friends. Then come back and have a BBQ! Now, this is THE LIFE!!!
