The cold water but we improvised

I was moved to a different address from the one i paid for. The reception was bad, the room looked unprepared to host guest. was offered 1 towel, no bathing soap, no microwave as stipulated . Not enough plug point. Wifi was not accessible .no plates no spoons.the bad was hard.the room is not for hosting .i request that i need to be paid 35% back

They didn't accommodate us. They called on Thursday to advise me that they are fully booked and I must cancel my booking. I emailed you to cancel and I am waiting for my refund. Tshegofatso from Charles guest house called and advise me to cancel.

Did not go to them since they said they were fully booked and cannot accommodate me. I find it bad business practice to accept the payment and then turnaround and say you are fully booked. Please process my refund immediately.

We had own reserved parking with a remote access control, our room was neat and comfortable. Close to the public transport

The echo from the ceiling first floor that will make noise the ground floor lodger. The owner did not action our noise complaint on Friday 7 and Saturday 8 May no response for both complaints.

It got peaceful

There was no cold water in the shower ended up in switching off the geyser so we can take a shower.
