Airport Cabin Stay Mumbai Near T2

No receptionist for half an hour even after pressing the calling bell for super long time. Uncleaned bed, toilet has no flush, unfriendly staff. If possible, pls remove those underrated place from your platform.

No Ac, worst cleaning, bed bugs were there, so hot inside cabin, not recommend

The place was good and the staff Faizan was excellent.

The cleanliness can be better. And the yellow light from the room can be replaced by white LED lights. Toilet should be kept more clean and new bedsheet and blanket should be given to each and every guest. Not used ones. Pls. The guest shouldn't request for a new bedsheet or a blanket. It should be mandatory.

Price was decent

Unclean, no AC like they say, bed bugs and other insects.

The room was too small. Super dirty No Air conditioning. Washroom was not usable. Bedsheet had blood stains.

Nothing. As a longtime backpacker, I’ve learned to tolerate a lot of unclean conditions. After all, l’m just passing through and only need a bed for the night. But when it is healthier to sleep outside than in the bed, it speaks volumes. Do not stay here. Pay more when in Mumbai for a better nights sleep.

On arrival, Rashid said I had to pay 400 rupee commission but not to worry, I would get reimbursed. I refused and he backed down. I was unable to sleep due to heavy cigarette smoke. I mentioned this to staff and they said smoking was offsite and there was nothing they could do. The next day, I caught staff smoking in the hotel. Despite my request they smoke elsewhere, they ignored the health issues to me so I checked out early. I requested one nights’ refund but you can guess how that ended up.
