During my stay at this hotel, everything was great.

Beautiful property. Very clean. Staff were cleaning common areas including pool every early morning and throughout the day. Beautiful rooms, cleaned thoroughly and any used items from the basket in the bathroom were replaced. Towels available in the reception for the pool area was appreciated. Great location, close to the pyramids and the center of Teotihuacán. Enjoyed it so much that we decided to stay an extra night.

Not all rooms had AC but it was not during hot days so a fan was fine. Rooms are Not handicap accessible. Bedrooms were on the 2nd floor of main building as well as 2nd floor in the villas. We made it work but it was an inconvenience.

Good location, close to eateries and beautiful ruins. I would only stay there for the convenience of the location.

The hotel is rated 4 stars, however the rooms and facilities are stingy and bare. Felt more like a cheap holiday park than a hotel. Our 2 bedroom room was one lightly furnished room with a double bed, and the downstairs bedroom was a huge empty room containing only a sofabed and tv. The aircon was only in the upstairs room. There was a coffee machine but no mini fridge or kettle, and wifi was very intermittent. We have stayed in incredibly beautiful accommodation in Mexico for far cheaper, this was not a highlight of our trip at all. I would not recommend this accommodation unless you have children who would enjoy the pool, or need a place with convenient access to the Pyramids
