We like the new rooms.

There was no hot water in the room we stayed in. It’s a good thing that it was a hot day and we needed cold showers but it got very uncomfortable quickly. We rented a villa, and paid good money but it was not worth it. In the booking.com, I paid for a room that included breakfast, but we are told that it was not included and we ended up paying for it anyway.

The beds are so HARD, the most uncomfortable place to sleep in. My room had a huge window RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE HIGHWAY, we could never sleep between the horrible beds and the awful noise all night. Also you can't sleep without the window open because all you got for air conditioning is the world's slowest fan. Something very troubling is that we had a CRACKS on the rooms walls and on the bed frames. Also the shower heads are so old that the water flow is all over the place and you will MAYBE regulate the water temperature at the end of your shower.

Old style hotel. Nice if you like to hang out at the pool.

Best way to see the Teotihuacan pyramids- clean, good on site restaurant, secure parking, king beds in some rooms, smart TV, jorge the manager helped us get to Mexico City, can arrange a driver for your excursions. Taxi to pyramids or 5 minutes drive. We were able to arrive at 11 AM and go straight to our room before going to the pyramids- pool is pretty and clean. Jorge is the best reason to stay but all staff were helpful-, we used google translate to help communicate.

No other restaurants in walking distance- its on a busy road but away from the noise. Taxis take a few minutes to come ask before you are ready to go

Hotel is old and a bit dated, but comfortable.

The 2 young ladies at the checkin and checkout. Where so helpful and greater everyone with the biggest smiles and very professional.

The pillows were hard. Beds where ok. Please update the tvs at this location.
