"The BEST hotel in Teotihuacan!"

I wanted a hotel near the Temple of the Sun. The hotel's location was PERFECT! About a mile walk and I was at the main gate. If I return I will stay there again! It's only a shirt walk to downtown Teotihuacan. I couldn't have picked it better hotel!

I should have stayed longer.

The pool was a nice comfortable temp.

There were multiple things on the booking.com website that were stated as available on facilities but were not actually available. The staff rarely smiled and stared so much, it made me very uncomfortable. And the location did not feel safe enough to walk anywhere outside of the hotel

the male waiter at the restaurant had a bad attitude did not say hello will pick up plates without asking didn’t respond to a thank you and was not friendly at all, in other words ha has a bad attitude
