Rooms are not clean and comfortable

Breakfast was included in my booking but they denied breakfast throughout the stay saying that the booking company has included but I have to pay for breakfast.The front desk staff is arrogant and uses foul and filthy language with guests.On reaching the day of my booking they collected full amount +Gst for the complete period of my stay and they have not given me Bill and said that I have to collect the same from the booking company.Till to date I have not received my Bill.They have collected the GST and not given the Bill so where is the GST amount going and also not showing the amount of my stay so where is the Income going. They are pocketing the GST amount and concealing the income where directly the state govt.and Central govt are losing mandatory income.I am going to file a complaint with the authorities.

Everything was superb. Cooperative Staff, Good environment, Spacious Room and Bathroom. I was very pleased with my stay.
