"My over all experience was not satisfactory."

Only two items were available for breakfast, not even coffee. only tea serving in a 25 ml paper cup. Even after showing that my booking was inclusive of complimentary breakfast. they insisted on payment for breakfast. After so much discussion with the GM, then they returned the money collected for breakfast. ,

The bathroom taps were not in order. Only after I entered the room the cleaning was done.

The furniture and walls are worn out. They have started painting so hopefully should be fine. The lift is not working due to a technical issue.

"The Perfect Stay"

Really good breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. Bed was very good and comfortable. The staff was amazing and helpful. Very Good place to stay.
