Very clean & compact and quaint with parking on site. Every conceivable item needed for our stay. Nice to have space outside if fine weather. Great to have the little items, milk only two teabags!

Very little, but bed against wall so only access one way and nowhere to put cup or glass.

The bed was a bed settee, really uncomfortable, neither of us could sleep and I had to crawl over my partner to get in and out of the bed as the space was so cramped and small. The duvet cover was grey and didn't look freshly laundered, the cover was a tatty old cloth that I would have used for a dust sheet when decorating. There was a small table to dine at but when a leaf up made it impossible to get around the bed to reach 1 of the seats, had to climb over the bed to reach the seat on one side as space was so limited. The bathroom was small, when on the toilet my knees bumped onto the door. It was basically an old converted small summer house in the owners garden, definitely not fit for purpose. We left after one night and luckily only got charged for 2 nights, it was impossible to stay so we sought alternative accommodation. We were lucky to find a lovely B&B in Torquay which was cheaper, included breakfast and was 5 star quality and comfort so our holiday was rescued.

What a fantastic stay. So peaceful and the accomodation is wonderful. Clever use of space and the hosts are so welcoming and helpful. If your looking for nice getaway in a lovely peaceful place close to the town this is it! Can't wait to return.

Tiny, dirty, very uncomfortable bed settee, no lovely views. Judging by the other reviews we must of gone to the wrong place. Left after 1 night although paid for 2, messaged the host he wasn't bothered!

Clean and tidy

The hot water only lasts for 4 minutes then was freezing cold

The location was beautiful,it was a lovely summerhouse with all mod cons and very well thought out,the perfect place to clear your mind and totally relax
