Le personnel est en majorité serviable et sérieux . Il y a des efforts pour varier les repas et proposer des spécialités tunisiennes .

La piscine intérieure de l'hôtel est fermée alors que ce n'est pas indiqué sur la réservation. Ce fut une grosse déception . Il y a eu un malentendu lors du paiement ,on a voulu me faire payer deux fois les taxes de l'hôtel .

Most amazing hotel and staff there treated more like friends of the family nothing is too much trouble.ive read other people's reviews and they are quiet wrong about this hotel twice we have stayed and each time the hotel and staff have grown on us from reception to entertainment to house keeping and food outstanding.its the staff that make the hotel not bricks and mortar a place to truly stay and feel relaxed and wanted
