Location , cleanliness, food , friendlyness , rooms

Entertainment, bar staff were unhappy most the time , the drinks dident taste right , vodka and coke one day ok the next day horrible , people on all inclusive were bringing there own vodka and malibu , beer was ok , building work , drilling in opposite apartment

Almost nothing ! I'm not sure how they are getting 4 stars

I got room 505, The first issue is with the elevator ! There's no indicators ! You don't know where's the lobby ! I had to use the stairs ! The room was not clean ! Everything is old tech,
