"A tranquil place much too good for just a day stop-over."

The location is a bit off but absolutely worthwhile the extra 15 mins drive. The place is high up in the mountains. You can start your hike right at the doorstep. We were upgraded from the stables to the house. Thus, we can’t comment on the stables. But we assume that the stables are managed by the very helpful owner with the same attention to detail as the house. Staff was wonderful, as was a very generous breakfast. The place is very well secured and safe.

Lovely location. The food ranged from excellent dinner served on Friday evening - to very mediocre and cold the following night. The location of where dinner would be served also changed suddenly without a heads up. Breakfast on Saturday morning was lovely, but once again very average on Sunday morning… making the general cost of food a tad overpriced. Lovely hiking trail onsite, and generally peaceful and quiet.

The road to the property had a patch of mud/clay where I lost complete control of the car at some point - would not recommend during rainy periods. We also got there right after a storm interrupted the WiFi connection, which we found out on the Saturday evening… by chance. Being offered alcoholic beverages repeatedly, despite communicating our desire for a non-alcoalcoholic alternative during dinner.

This is an amazing venue! The staff was very helpful and our stay was fantastic. The rooms are out of this world. We had to urgently book a room for the night and the staff went above and beyond to help us and make our stay memorably. Would highly recommend this venue to anybody. The views from the rooms are amazing we wished we could have stayed longer.

Nothing to dislike, we loved everything about this venue.
