d'primahotel Lagoi Bintan

Recommended hotel for those who has limited budget but looking for high standard of cleaniness with very friendly staffs. Thanks to Agung, Joshua, Samuel, and the rest of staffs there.

my room not include breakfast. for me bintan island can do day trip, if u stay in bintan resort, no entertainment or cafe. u need go to lagoi bay. in surrounding prima hotel, just have food court.

my room have aircond problem, when i request to change bedroom, they told me need to pay extra due to i inform too late. then they give the fan. small fan, dont have a cover fan also. hahaha. very problem.

Second time staying here and as usual, Agung and the team (my bad! I didnt ask your name one by one) gave the best service, willing to move me to another room, etc. Feels like home!

Agung is super helpful during my stay and I will be back again next month.

Very clean and well priced hotel with very helpful staff. Sandi on the front desk was very helpful booking transport and providing suggestions on places to see.

location is great. just 5 mins away from Ferry. Room size accept for those who just want to sleep over with no window view on level 1. Hotel staff management are nice and friendly. And allowed our clean bicycle to be park in our room.

The extended hours shld be more flexible :)
