The location of the hotel was good, located in a small town-like area surrounded by housing for the nearby resorts and hotel staff. Just to the right of the hotel entrance, there's a shop selling RotiO bread which is very good but their coffee is just meh. Behind the hotel is also a hawker center with local food and two convenience stores selling snacks and tidbits. Pricing for 3D2N was about 1,000,000+ IDR ($91 SGD) Staff service is also 10/10 and the room is big for what I paid. The toilet is superb, the water pressure is very strong and the water heater is very good. Toiletries such as soap, shampoo, and a small toothbrush kit are provided as well. We also checked in early for 200,000IDR ($17 SGD) because our ferry was at 8 am but check-in was at 2 pm, well worth the money spent to chill in the room. The Breakfast buffet consisted of local food like steamed white rice, stir-fried noodles, scrambled eggs, and a type of meat (Fish on our first day and chicken on the second). Included other things like cereal, bread (toaster is available), coffee, tea, and guava juice. Overall, not the best buffet but decent enough that you can fill up. TL;DR Good Location, Good Pricing, Good staff service, Very good rooms, Decent Breakfast. Overall Rating: 8/10 Would stay there again

There is not much going on there unless you take a taxi out for activities. Again, the place we stayed at was a housing area for resort staff. If you want to visit some of the tourist areas, it's best to get a taxi to bring you around. We had a great guy who brought us to where we wanted to go for 50 SGD for 5 hours.

Beds were comfortable and shower had good hot water.

We asked for an adaptor as plugs were all Singapore ones . Received one and it didn't work, so requested a second one whih worked "on and off". Also not very well so as we only got two free bottles of water , after long discussion on the fact we weren't really entitled to any more and would have to pay for two more, we agreed, but on check out they charged us another 36.0000 IDR for two small bottles of water. As we booked 4 rooms for our group, we were not impressed with this ! Also breakfast, they had no knives in the hotel for us to use to butter toast, had to ask for more scrambled eggs each time one of our group needed some. Just generally poor public relations, but hotel suited us for one night of a comfortble sleep. Woud have given a nigher score, except for all the above issues.

Good location with hawker centre and spa nearby. Very close to the ferry terminal

Room for single bed is small. No facilities such as gym and pool

The breakfast is good. The location is very near to the bbt port. The staff are friendly and polite. The price is very reasonable and worth for it.

The room a bit small. My mum room no.101 one of the electric socket unable to function.
