Hotel was scruffy looks like it is used for homeless dark dinghy room wouldn't never use again

Welcomed by a lovely lady who let us in our room early, no lift but she did offer to help with bags.

Didn't get the room on ground level we requested. Seemed those were given to homeless people. They were no problem though being semi permanent, they gathered on entrance step or wall in car park to meet up. They also had a microwave near entrance and it led to some not nice smells as you came in or down from your room. Could be placed further away or near a window to help. Room was very dated, window's are single glazed with not helpfull second sliding window inside. No t great as its right on a very busy main road. We moved on after 3 nights to better place.

Nothing it was dirty

All of it very dirty hotel room, bathroom still had shit stains on toilet, bath didn’t look like it had been cleaned ether, very old unstable furniture had a big draw fall out and fell on my daughter,
