Cargo Rooms and Apartment

Great service, big room, comfortable beds, very kind staff. The only thing I didn't prefer was the location but in Budapest everything is well connected anyway so it isn't a big deal.

the kitchen tools were many, there was spices and basic cutlery available. the instructions to get in the apartment were clear to understand. the view from the balcony was nice. Super close to the bus station and the owner was helpful/friendly.

the house was kind of old and doors creaked when opening. the main door didn’t feel too safe and being watched by the security camera in the main living room was a bit uncomfortable. we had to open the windows because there wasn’t enough air when we came in.

There was a pizzeria down stairs and the cleaner was nice.

Was yelled at by the owner for showing up early to drop off luggage until check in (we had just entered the country and had not figured out sim cards to be able to text yet) - the room was not as described, we were expecting to have a whole apartment but had 5 of us crammed into one room (one of us in a closet) with another family with children staying in the room next to us. No toiletries at all included, and the washing machine could only be used for a fee, which at $125 AUD a night is pretty poor. Would have been cheaper, cleaner, and nicer to book a whole room in a hostel for ourselves. If it was explained in the posting for the room that it was just 1 tiny room for us I would not have booked.

Recommended. Quiet and clean. Check in was easy!
