We only found out after confirmation that we would actually have a room in the apartment, with a shared bathroom and kitchen. The owner sent the details about check-in after 4 pm, even though officially it could be done from 2 pm. The room looked very poorly cleaned, the bedding had hair, stains and tiny insect legs, the towels were thrown around the room, they gave the impression that they had not been changed and were left over from the previous tenants.
