Brilliant location, not far to walk into Edinburgh as long as you don’t mind the hill. Beds were comfy. Great to have 2 bathrooms with really good showers. Lovely big fluffy towels. Great wifi. Everything you might need was provided

Could do with some personal touches to make it a bit more homely. It’s odd not being able to see out of the window but I don’t think that’s something the owners can change.

The location was great, with a bus stop nearby. The host was helpful and provided us with detailed information. The flat looks just like it does in the pictures. It’s worth mentioning that the kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, and some sugar, which was a nice touch.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working during our stay. The bed was on the smaller side and quite firm, which made it uncomfortable to lie on. We had some issues with the kitchen appliances. The dishwasher didn’t work properly, and the stove wasn’t mounted to the wall. The building has a moldy smell, which isn’t the host’s fault, but it’s good to be aware of.

Building door did not open with key and company did not send info re having to wiggle and fiddle with the key to get in until I asked, after we had got in with help from other residents We had no WIFI and wanted to do some work on tablet not sorted whist there. more like student accommodation not luxury Velux window blinds did not work and had wrong pole to do so. It was light from in the bedrooms from skylight from 3am so sleep not brilliant, bed in second bedroom very low and small for 2 people

Close to the city center. There's a bus stop just a few steps away from the building. The tram stop is also very near. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The kitchen was fully equipped. Amazing for 4 people. A clean, spacious flat overall.

We had some issues with wifi, David helped us and it worked for a while and it didn't work later. Since we were mostly outside it wasn't a big deal.

We liked the apartment's cleanliness. It was only a short distance from the centre.

We were unable to use the provided WIFI password nor the television which can only be viewed through streaming apps.
