L’hôtel est en cours de rénovation. Les bungalows rénovés sont superbes, les autres sont un peu « rustiques »

La plage et son couché de soleil, l'excursion tortue, le personnel sympathique et nous avons eu la chance d'assister à une éclosion de bébés tortues.

Pas d'internet dans le bungalow. Nous devions nous rendre à l'accueil pour avoir accès à internet . Pas d'isolation, donc présence de grenouilles dans la salle de bain (dans les wcs), moustiques cependant il a y a une moustiquaire pour protéger le lit. Draps humide.

Our stay at the hotel Ocean Beach in Sakatia Island was absolutely unforgettable. The sunsets were incredibly picturesque – truly like a dream. The hotel is located in a private bay, offering the perfect combination of relaxation and seclusion. It felt like a personal oasis of peace, yet still offered exciting excursion opportunities in the surrounding area. From our elevated bungalow, we had an absolutely breathtaking view. The design of the bungalow was tasteful, fresh, and very well thought-out. A very special thanks goes to Kevine, who cared for us so warmly and attentively throughout our stay – his kindness and presence truly made a difference. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful paradise with the option to explore and experience the beauty of Madagascar, Sakatia Island

The food was great! Congrats to the chef. Also the location is ideal for relaxation and remoteness. The stuff in general terms is very kind and helpful.

There was a misunderstanding about our arrival. It was at 3am, there was no boat from Nosy be at that time, so we had to wait until 6am. So I don't recommend if you are planning to come direct from the airport here and your arrival is during night. Also the surrounding area inside the resort and around the pool needs restoration and improvement

We loved the location and the need for taking a speedboat to get there. The approach to the hotel in the last stages of the journey is something out of a film. The main hotel is open, clean and really calm/zen. Truly an idyllic location. Plus a short walk or boat ride to amazing snorkelling with turtles. A real hit for our 5 year old daughter (and her parents truth be told!). Shout out to Kevin who served us incredibly well whilst we were staying at the hotel.

For us, this place was near perfect. For some looking for luxury, then probably not your thing - but this is a wonderful, clean, comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

The hotel was very easy to communicate with and arranged a boat to collect us from Nosy Be, beautiful welcome and an amazing bungalow with sea view. Food was excellent and plentiful. Staff really helpful and friendly. Great place to relax and unwind for a few days

The hotel is very isolated and the only way to get around is by boat which is very expensive. The cats were allowed on the tables in the dining room while guests were eating.

Amazing to arrive on a private beach just by the hotel. Beautiful and serene location in the nature. The manager Julio was extremely responsive and helpful prior to our arrival. Nosy Sakatia is quite deserted – you can walk across the forest to Sakatia Village and the hotel offers excursions (snorkelling with sea turtles). Amazing view over the bay from the room.

The room was clean but lacked a few facilities (shower gel and shampoo, for example). Hot water and water pressure in the shower was inconsistent. Bear in mind the prices for meals and excursions were relatively higher. There was also some litter on the beach.

I was a bit disappointed by Nosy Be itself, didn’t feel comfortable there on the beach in bikini and all the sex tourists in town. It therefore was so amazing to have a private beach (felt like a private island) at the hotel, it is so secluded, beautiful and the staff is so incredible sweet and welcoming! I had a beautiful sea view from my room, I saw lemurs and a baby lemur, the food at the hotel was delicious and varied (they made special vegetarian for m). I had the most relaxing massage and a snorkel trip (just me on the boat) where I saw gigantic turtles. Really a holiday feeling! Stay here for sure!
