Super, schöne Unterkunft, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Gastgeberin Greta und Familie, sind sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder !!!

The location of the apartment is wonderful, inside modernly and stylishly furnished, the street is quiet, the city centre can be reached in less 30 minutes by foot. In addition, bus no.25 stops nearby. There were many snacks, various teas, coffees and juice for breakfast. There was a bottle of wine in the fridge and list of restaurants was left with a 15% discount coupon for one of them. The apartment has 2 TVs with Netflix. We leaved apartment on a strike day, which resulted in an emergency. The hosts helped us to resolve it quickly, calling us a taxi, which took us to the Forli airport, 70 km away, for a fairly reasonable price. Thanks Greta.

The property looks exactly like the pictures, it is extremly clean and netflix acces is a big plus. The neighborhood is very nice with restaurants and everything close. Host’s atention to details is remarkable.

We felt very comfortable in Greta's apartment. The amenities are great, and the helpfulness was outstanding. We were happy to follow her restaurant recommendations, and everything was great.

"If you want your own apartment feeling in Bologna center."

Great location right next to the city center (walking 20-30 mins) and the surrounding was nice and quiet. Parking in the street felt safe. Great place if you want to feel like someone living in Bologna and not the classic "hotel feeling". Big space and a little kitchen where you can cook your breakfast. Great gesture to provide Netflix and Pop-Corn!

"Ein rundum gelungener kurzer Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Wohnung."

Eine sehr moderne gemütliche Wohnung. Es fehlte nichts und Greta hatte uns auch frisches Wasser und eine große Auswahl an essbaren Kleinigkeiten vorbereitet. Zwei Balkone, in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage, 2 Fernseher, die wir gar nicht benutzt haben. Greta hat uns empfangen, sogleich die Parkmodalitäten erklärt und die Parkuhr gezeigt. Sie war jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar.

An der Unterkunft gibts es nichts zu bemängeln. An der Gegend könnte man nur über die Parkgebühren stöhnen. Aber von 18 bis 8 Uhr muss man nichts bezahlen.
