Il B&B è curato nei minimi dettagli, super pulito e davvero accogliente. La posizione è ideale per visitare la città: in una zona tranquilla, immersa nel verde e comoda a tutti i servizi. L’atmosfera è rilassante, il bagno è spazioso e di livello superiore. I gestori sono gentilissimi, sempre presenti e attenti ad ogni esigenza. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca comfort, serenità e un’ospitalità autentica. Torneremo sicuramente!

Very spacious and lovely apartment! Two great balconies and big and brand new bathroom. An easy walk gets you to the city center. Parking was easy and right outside the apartment. The apartment is outside the ZLT which made it super easy to drive there. The host was the kindest and sweetest person who was so easy to communicate with - I highly recommend it ☺️

Les hôtes sont extrêmement aimables, disponibles, à l’écoute et aux petits soins. C’est extrêmement agréable. On se sent vraiment accueillis et tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour. L’équipement est parfait, la déco très belle, le lit très confortable. Énormément de petites attentions: collations pour le petit déjeuner, boissons, brosse à dent, rasoir, démaquillant, sèche cheveux, lisseur… j’ai déjà voyagé beaucoup et c’est la meilleure expérience que j’ai eu.

Nous avons été un peu déçus par la ville de Bologne mais l’emplacement de l’appartement est au calme avec deux balcons très agréables et à 25 minutes à pied du centre ville.

The location is perfect, close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always available to answer questions or offer local tips. I especially appreciated the small touches, like fresh towels, coffee, and toiletries — it really made me feel at home. Beautiful modern apartment, recently renovated, exceptionally clean, with very nice aesthetic and a fresh smell when you walk in. Greta, the host was very helpful and nice, a true professional.

The air condition was a little loud (but maybe there could be a setting in the remote that we did not know) and that there are a few stairs between the entrance and the elevator, which is a small inconvenience if you have a stroller or heavy luggage.

Greta was a fantastic host and made our stay thoroughly enjoyable right from the start. The two balconies are lovely to have breakfast on, the beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was decent sized. What more could you want?

But the real highlight was Greta, the host. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From local tips to helping with transport and even restaurant recommendations (don’t miss the one just a few minutes away!), Greta was always available and truly cared about making my stay comfortable. It’s rare to find someone so genuine and helpful. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be back!

I highly recommend Greta's place. We had everything we needed and more, just like at home. Parking is also convenient, you'll easily find spots on the street.

The location was excellent. Bus stop on the same block. Property is located in a very quiet, scenic neighborhood overlooking a park across the street. The property owner lives in the same building and was very responsive when we had a question. Nice touches included a bottle of wine, popcorn, and other snacks. The property was very clean and comfortable.
