Devon River Glamping Pods

Everything, the location, beautiful horses right outside the door. Secluded for our get away. Close to shops and food, beautiful place and brand new everything, they did not leave you wanting for anything, they thought of everything, breakfast, milk, tea, coffee, everything needed. An outdoor grill to cook dinner and stay ay home. Amazing two day stay, my husband and I will be back, thank you 😊

There was not a thing not to like such an amazing place.

The decor, view, outside space.

The fridge was tiny, I couldn’t fit in things I had in my cool bag and had to throw a few things away. Not enough room for a bottle of wine unless you took out most of the food.

Very clean, with fantastic views overlooking the fields. Easy to find. Nice to have a couple of chairs on the decking to sit on in the evening.

Not enough pillows for the bed (only had 3 for two people). The toilet door would not shut properly. The TV kept losing signal. No breakfast refil for the second day. Sofa turned into the bed but was a little uncomfortable.

The property was really nice, very clean with great use of space, and decorated with great taste. Karry, the owner was really nice and very helpful. She showed us round the property when we arrived and explained everything in details. There is a restaurant at about 10mn to 15 mn walking distance from the property, if you don’t want to cook, The woodsman, which is really nice and offers a great choice of dishes, great quality and value for money and the staff and service were excellent.

Nothing. The only thing to point out is the fact that the extra bedroom at the top of the mezzanine is good for teenagers or a young couple but not for older people.

Had the absolute pleasure to stay in the one-bedroomed chalet on the evening of Sat 27th April. The decor & fittings are to a very high standard, and there are lots of lovely little touches. There is an amazing view from the terrace/balcony and when it got a bit nippy outside we were able to retreat inside and very easily light up a log burner. The bed was super comfy and the welcome/breakfast basket was full of branded goods. The location is perfect, out in the countryside overlooked by the stunning Ochil hills, yet only a 5 x min drive to Alloa & Tillicoultry. We loved our stay, will definitely return, and can thoroughly recommend it.

The pods for 2 people are fabulous, the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and we had a great sleep. The pod has everything you need kettle, toaster, microwave, small fridge. Tea coffee and milk is provided along with a breakfast basket which was a lovely touch. We had lovely weather and sat outside and enjoyed the views. We had our little dog with us and there are lovely walks nearby. The pods were beautifully decorated and the heating was good we could also access wifi and netflix on the tv. The staff were great and made is feel most welcome. It was a great stay and I would highly recommend it and would return in the future.
