Lisbon views by Innkeeper

Inattentive staff ! We had to ask for extra bed linens for two days.

The flat was generally fine - two bedrooms and a large living room, two bathrooms. The view from the windows was good and the garden area that could be used was also nice. Overall, the decoration was good and the flat was very central (with shortcomings, though, see below).

The flat had not been cleaned properly, a used pan and used glasses were standing in and next to the sink. The carpet was dirty (no vacuum cleaner?) and the floor was also not super clean. We informed the landlords/team three times and sent pictures but nothing was done. The internet never worked, although I reported it several times, starting on the first day. The flat smells like mold and there is mold in one of the rooms. One bathroom door cannot be locked at all, the windows are hard to close and the bathrooms were okayish (not super clean but at least hot water and nice showers). Even if the location of the flat is very central, the surroundings of the flat are not nice at night. We arrived late at night with the metro (Martim Moniz) and felt pretty unsafe walking to the flat - lots of homeless, drunk and drug-addicted people around the metro station and on the way to the flat. The street of the flat is okay (because it's further up), but we were five people (two men) and did not feel super safe walking around at night. This is not the flat's fault, of course, but something to bear in mind, when renting the flat. Online it said that the situation in the area has considerably improved, but no comparison to the nice areas in Lisbon (dirty, people lingering around, homeless people at night). As I said, super central, so very convenient, but I would not walk around alone as a female at night.

The cleanliness is not as one would expect. We did advise the innkeeper and hope they take corrective action

Location is good in the city but the day we arrived there was no water flow and then we contacted InnKeepers and they send someone who open the water for us to use but they had closed one washroom which was out of order. We had a very bad experience as the only one bathroom was working and it was very difficult. In that bathroom on the next morning there was a complain from the downstairs neighbourhood saying there is a water leakage in their flat and they came to fight with us were we told them that we are guest here to stay for 3 nights. The innkeepers arrange for another flat which is far away from town centre and not even cleaned they provided to stay for 1 night where the bathroom water not working.

when we arrived in the other accomodation i had messaged them on the whatsup to arranged for cleaning where we had to cleaned and stay for one night. that was the accomodation only for two family. where there was no bed for the 5 people to stay. The bathrooms were very dirty not cleaned the place.

Spacious, comfy beds, good kitchen, two bathrooms, light and air conditioned.

The drainage in the showers was really poor - couldn’t take showers too soon after each other.

Central location, two bedrooms well spaced apart. Quiet at night and great lighting.

We were quite shocked by the amount of mold especially in the bathrooms and the main bedroom. We were aware that Portugal has issues with mold and apartments need consistent upkeep. we messaged the host, they first ignored our first inquiry. We sent photos and we were thanked for sending them. Lack of interest. We were unsure on how to check in, we were told we had to fill in the form regarding the tourist tax (this had been completed long before and paid) after a call with booking they sent this on.
