Easy to use facilities

Some things were worn but still in working order

Location was great ( it is close to Martim Moniz- metro station and first station of tram number 28). Apartment is spacious and we had everything we needed during staying. Although it was mid January, air conditioner was enough to make apartment warm. There were a lot of hot water in the bathroom and no noise in the building.

We arrived to the apartment to find that the key box was not working. We were locked out for hours. We could not contact anyone to help us. The host was unavailable and myself and my elderly parents had to wait hours (late into the night) before a someone came to help. Not sure why there are not emergency contacts if something were to happen. I understand that things happen...but always good to have a plan if something does. Its up for debate if I will use booking.com anymore. I have used Airbnb in the past and I perhaps I will stick with them. And hopefully will never happen again at this apartment or property type.

The app. was new, clean, near to the center. Lovely views from the windows, nice garden.

One of the toilets should be fixed, the water flows permanently .

Very modern, exactly as the pictures described, walking distance to the centre of lisbon (5-10 mins). Even has a private pool which is shared by a few neighbours, but given it is in the centre of lisbon i am amazed it has a pool! Very clean and even had a few nice refreshments on arrival. Very happy with the apartment. Also is Next to Tram 28 which is very popular among tourists, no need for taxis or so as it’s all walking distance from main attractions, if you’re planning to go further the metro is also right next to it, 5 min walk. The only con is that the area does not have the best reputation but it is only a few mins away from Baixa so you don’t notice it really. It’s got lots of shops and supermarkets next to it which is great so do recommend. Restaurants are about 5-10 mins walking distance so lots to do in the area!

Only negative is that it is on a hill, which is normal for lisbon so is a little exhausting to reach after a long day of walking around. But otherwise it was all great.

It was a modern, really clean, comfortable flat situated right in the city centre - we had a great view to the Castle. It took us maybe 10 minutes to get to the main sights. We were really satisfied, I would definitelly recommend it and would like to turn back there once again.

We only had some troubles with one shower, cos the water didn´t flow out properly, but the rest was great.
