Arezzo Place Davao-Rental

Location is good.

AC filters were dirty. A lot of small cockroaches literally everywhere. Place was a little dusty. Furnishings need to be cleaned and maintained well. Toilet needs to be cleaned better. Light in the bedroom needs to be replaced. Ants everywhere. Hallway smelled like cat poop, literally there was cat poop in the hallway. And also I dont think the rugs were ever cleaned. They smell so dusty.

There is a nice pool in the communal area.

- the owner took a deposit on the spot in cash which was unannounced, and was a real pain to get back as an international transaction - there is only cold water in the shower! really unpleasant - the check-in process was very complicated and it was difficult to find staff, key, etc - the window looks to a quite dodgy area where dogs barking all night. Also, location is far form centre, and the whole area is gated, you literally need to take a grab everywhere, including shopping, atm, etc etc - the property just needs some care in several small details that adds up quite much. Corners were dirty, there was some smell in the kitchen, some wall cover was broken
