"Esperienza struttura e gestione Booking da brivido"

Dopo aver prenotato mi hanno cancellato la prenotazione il giorno successivo , che coincideva con il giorno del soggiorno , tutto perché a loro dire avevano inserito il costo errato . Quindi a 5 ore dal check in non avevo più una camera. La cosa assurda che la cancellazione è avvenuta in accordo con Booking che , alle 9.30 di sabato mattina mi scriveva di confermare entro 30 minuti se acconsentivo a pagare la camera a 100 euro anziché 53€ . Non avendo risposto entro 39 minuti mi hanno cancellato tutto. Assurdo ma vero, loro sbagliano e i problemi sono i tuoi

L’endroit est magnifique ! Beau, propre, aussi joli que sur les photos ! On se sent chez soi. Ilaria est très très sympa et accueillante, on s’est vraiment très bien sentis.

Everything was just perfect!! Ilaria took care of every detail making our stay amazing! 🤩 The apartment has everything that you need for a super comfortable stay, and the garden is perfect for enjoying a barbecue and cozy time ☀️ I recommend it 100% ❤️
