Ubicación excelente, a 1 cuadra del terminal de buses ADO, sin el ruido de la quinta avenida.

La pieza tenia olor a encerrado, había arañas. El amoblado es antiguo pero en un buen estado.

El hospedaje está bien ubicado, céntrico y en una calle no tan ruidosa, las habitaciones están bien equipadas y limpias, el personal fue agradable.

"Only good thing is the location"

Right in the center of playa del carmen with everything withing walking distance

No fridge in one of the 2 rooms we booked. Coffeemakers, but no coffee. No microwaves in rooms. It's a small hacienda, so you can literally hear everyone, no matter what floor you were on. Pool is significantly smaller than the picture advertised.

Excellent communication before and after my stay. The location is very convenient, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. The room was super clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

The only issue was the lack of hot water during the stay.
