Luxury Condos by Meridian CondoResorts- Scottsdale

Very easy to find. Extra beds and towels readily available.

Downstairs neighbor came over and told us to keep it down as we were taking our luggage up the stairs. I also had a 4 year old and 3 year old with me during this trip. Dirty dish towel in the kitchen sink and bathroom sink had standing water in it because stopper was broken. Cell service patchy inside the unit.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The link they send you leads you right to your parking spot. All the info for accessing and using the unit was very helpful. Condo was a nice size and kitchen cupboards were well stocked with plenty of dishes and everything you need to cook. Beds were comfy. The condo was located close to several hiking and biking trails. Would definitely stay here again.

The main couch in the living room could be updated. It's pretty broken down.

The condo was very comfortable and well appointed. Steve, the Pheonix manager of Meridian was wonderful and very professional. Our stay was wonderful except for the pool. The temperature was terribly cold. I am a swimmer and was really looking forward to doing laps. It was not possible. The water temperature was incredibly cold! After 2 laps, I had to get out and it took a long time before I was warm again. The office told me that November 1st the pools would be heated. That was not the case. Also, the hot tub was greenish and not usable at the facility.

Great bed and nice condo, and great location to the biking trails. Nice little patio. The only weird thing is we thought we were making a reservation in McCormick Ranch but ended up over in the McDowell area. This location ended up being better, but not as close to our friends. Communication after that was very thorough.

Because this was in a condo, there was a lot of noise from other renters. The person above us played bass heavy music around 4 am a few of the nights we were there. The condo was a bit on the dark side, which didn’t bother us too much since we didn’t spend a lot of time there, but if you like morning or evening light, this would not be a place for you.

The location was know where near as advertised! A bit of a con really and should be reviewed by a watchdog team. Ended up changing locations, but still Miles from where advertised. Booking.com let us down badly on this one. First time I have been let down by them.

No one was there to show us around and get us settled & no one is available to respond after 6pm

Very friendly staff, Kade went above and beyond to help us get an additional room for our son.

The beds could use an upgrade.
