Our condo was exceptionally clean.

We didn’t like the steep stairs leading up to the condo. I would suggest if anyone uses a wheelchair to request a bottom unit or a building with an elevator.

The condo was beautiful and spacious. It was beautifully decorated. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit. The noise level is relatively low. The rocking chair looks like a recliner and is a safety hazard. The pool was perfect. The location was great.

Initially, the customer service staff was kind and very helpful, but after they mistakenly sent me a text and had 3 HOURS to correct it, but didn't, they became rude and disrespectful when I followed the instructions from the text they sent. There was no accountability or apology.

Nice pool and grounds. Units were clean and spacious with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies.

The condo was large, updated and clean. Both bedrooms included a king size bed and bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked and clean. The condo included a single car garage which was very helpful during the heat wave. Staff was friendly and responsive.

We had a problem with the A/C thermostat, but maintenance was sent quickly to resolve the issue. The front door needs weatherstripping, as there is a large gap that some insects utilized to come right on into the condo to escape the heat.
