A perfect location to visit the city and area of Cinque Terre by train, I recommend!. Personalized service on WhatsApp provided useful information for a quite easy checkin and access. Asia is very nice and gave our big car a parking with easier access, the booking was arranged on WhatsApp before our arrival ! The rooms were renovated and kept super clean , equipped with air conditioning that worked perfectly, very important for a comfortable stay in summer. Breakfast is good with choices. Lovely garden!

Great Location, Delia was fantastic, on call for anything we needed, such a wonderful woman. Apartment was comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. We were close to the restaurants,.shops and train station. Stayed 5 nights.

It does need a full length mirror in.the apartment. Apart from that everything was great

I would like to have slippers but I knew for the start that is not a **** hotel;

I enjoyed the breakfast there. Very decent. The staff there were very reachable and friendly. All the responses to my enquiries on whatsapp were very quick. Good security. Thank you for allowing us to store our luggage after check out.

We didnt expect the hilly way to the accommodation and all the stairs. Our suitcase got broken.

It was in a great location, close to the ships and restaurants and to the train station making it easy to visit Cinque Terre towns. The breakfast was always great and all the staff especially Delia were a delight.

There was some renovations happening on the outside of the building, which wasn’t too noisy except for one day, but prior knowledge would have been appreciated.

Comfortable room with a small table and chairs and a good sized bathroom and room for luggage. Breakfast was served in the garden which was lovely. Lovely breakfast, simple and tasty in Italian style as well as bread, cheese, cold cuts, fresh fruit and juice, yoghurt and eggs. The staff were accommodating and lovely. Excellent location both to the town centre and the train station.

Slightly clearer directions telling us to avoid the many steps with a big case. We followed google maps!

Location and breakfast was awesome,.

The bed was very hard and the couch was a 2 seater,. Wud have been better if it accommodated 3 people or add another chair, so we cud all sit comfortably. Also paid for 3 people wud have been nice having my 23yr daughter sleep in another room as I had to pay more for a 3rd person

Close to the train station to get to cinque terres, also close to the lively restaurant area. Clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Answers to any query by messages was very quick and helpful

Our room was on the smaller size, but we had anticipated it with the description, so it was not a surprise.
