I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at the appartement. Delia's kindness and supportiveness made me feel genuinely welcomed. The room was very clean and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The location, close to the central train station, was convenient for exploring both Cinque Terre and the city center. Additionally, the breakfast offered a delightful start to my day, with plenty of coffee to fuel my adventures. I highly recommend this place for its exceptional hospitality and strategic location.

When I booked this place, I honestly didnt expect it to be this great. The overall experience was amazing ! I would highly recommend this place to everyone. It was a 15 min walk from the Railway station from where you go to every single place. The stay was very cute and clean. The room was huge and very spacious with a very big balcony and a very big bathroom. The breakfast was also decent. The staff was very nice and friendly. They didnt give us directions to the hotel until 1 day before our booking. But just 1 day before my booking, the staff sent me proper videos of how the entrance to the building is and how can I access my room and everything was explained so properly. Delia was my personal Assistant and I never met her in person but she was super nice and friendly. She answered all my questions and even suggested me places to visit around. She was very kind and super helpful. Unfortunately we stayed here only for 1 night so I couldnt enjoy this place more but I will definitely stay here again for more days whenever I visit La Spezia again. I highly recommend this place to everyone :)

Room was very clean - bathroom was very clean and modern. Room had coffee and tea facilities and a mini fridge. Communication with staff was efficient. Breakfast was sufficient.

The pictures differ from the real room. We were put in the basement with no natural light except coming through the door. Air was humid and bad smelling, staff told us to not open the door otherwise mosquitos come in, but no mosito prevention like repellent etc was given. No solution was offered. Matresses uncomfortable and bed only ca 140cm wide, constant fear of falling out. Towles smelled like vinegar. Check in staff was rude and wasn't present eventhough she said herself she would be there for 30 min more. We tried the check in code but she sent us a wrong one. In the end we had to call her, then no greeting, tried to take away my luggage out of my hand without even asking. We were blamed for blocking the code evethough the message clearly indicated to press the * as well. Staff at breakfast was friendly, better to get a croissant on the way or a bakery though. They would not give us the contact of the boss to complain about the check-in and the room, possibly scared to loose their jobs. Bombed with messages beforehand. After check in we were asked if we need tipps, we rejected, we were bombed with further messages without our consent. The breakfast was directly in front of the room, so from early in the morning already noisy from preparing. Overall very disappointing. Avoid at all costs.
