"Unprofessional staffs, poor room service."

Rooms are new and good interiors, spacious.

Invoice not received paid through Oyo. Complementary breakfast not given. No room service. Under construction hotel. TV not working for 5 days. Complaints not attended. Hotel doesn't have cups and glasses even. Staffs are unprofessional.
