No kettle, No slipper, No any other thing

They didn't allow us to check in because they allotted our rooms to someone else.

Check in made 2 hours late due to non readiness of room despite confirmed booking and advance collection of full payment. No free toiletries, no electric kettle. Staff avoids telling name of manager or owner. Not advised for families, people visiting for work, people with allergy or respiratory issues due to smoke all inside the hotel especially during the night (despite non- smoking board kept at reception).

The hotel's commitment to excellence was evident in the small details Housekeeping staff was too good and they served highly clean service in whole stay.

The stay was lovely. Rooms were very clean and hygienic. Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Receptionist was good.
