I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with your hotel. I had informed the hotel in advance that I would be arriving around 12:00 AM (midnight). However, when I reached the hotel, I found it closed from the inside. Despite multiple attempts to contact the staff via phone and knocking repeatedly at the door, I received no response. This left me stranded in the middle of the night at an unfamiliar place, feeling extremely unsafe and vulnerable. The mental distress and trauma I experienced in that situation were unacceptable. Eventually, I was forced to find and book another hotel at the last minute. This level of negligence and lack of basic service is completely unacceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously and implement measures to prevent such incidents in the future.

Toilet Hygeine , bathroom basic nescessities like hooks were missing to hang your clothes at least, ac was non functional, overpriced. Did not match the check points which were agreed to at the time of booking.
