"The lady receptionist of this hotel is froud."

1.0

I liked the hotel when that lady receptionist shift was over.

Fraudster Alert!! Worst experience in my entire life. I would suggest the hotel authority to please look into this situation, as there is a very high chance that one of your lady receptionists (I don’t know her name) is doing fraud by charging extra to the customers and keeping the money to herself without letting the hotel know. And her behavior is extremely rude towards customers. While I was checking-in, I was asking some questions regarding the price, and over this she got frustrated and she almost told me, “Why have you booked room in this hotel?” Who the hell is she to tell me where to book and where not to? If she doesn’t know how to talk to people, please put her in some other role, not in customer relations, because she is ruining the experience. I didn’t travel all the way from Bangalore just to listen to this nonsense. I had booked online, so I had no other option but to stay. I have never seen such a pathetic and ill-mannered receptionist as her. And this is not it—she is corrupt as well. She is doing fraud within the hotel and jeopardizing its image. I'll describe one incident—the price of one burger in the hotel is ₹80. I ordered two burgers and two water bottles, which makes the total ₹200 or ₹220. She charged me ₹300, meaning ₹100 to 80₹ goes directly in her pocket. I don’t know what sort of tax she included—even if you add 18% GST, at least ₹50–60 went straight into her pocket. And it’s not the only time she did this. I stayed there for 5 days, and she never missed a chance to make my experience worse. One day, I ordered pizza and ice cream from Swiggy because both items were not available in the hotel at that time. When she found out, she chased me to my room as if I were some criminal and told me, “You can’t order from outside, you’ll get a fine for it.” And then she fined me ₹200. I don’t know whether I was in a hotel or a jail. I am pretty damn sure that ₹200 went straight into her pocket without informing the hotel authority.
