They should not be allowed to be in Booking.com, the pictures provided on booking.com are fake and they misrepresent the hotel. Hotel is unprofessional and do not fulfill the. Commitment it has towards customers.

The hotel said they do not have any room. The number given by booking.com in the email for contacting the property never worked.
