Mājigi iekārtots, tīrs, ļoti laba lokācija, bezmaksas parkings. Jauka saimniece.

Saulainā dienā dzīvoklī ir karsti, pat ar aizvērtiem aizkariem/žalūzijām, bet ventilators palīdzēja nedaudz atdzist. TV pārraides ik pa laikam nopauzējas, jo notiek ielāde.
