Beach Front Studio Napier

The place wasn't cleaned after the last guest. There was rubbish in the draws and under the bed. I contacted the owner, who was quick to respond. However, it shouldn't have been left like that. The towels were dirty, I didn't trust the coffee in the bowl, it looked like it had been there for ages, it had shrunk away from the sides, also no milk available. I will not return.

I liked the heat pump, because the house, located next to the ocean, got lots of cold and wind coming at it. It had a big fridge and plenty of kitchen space and supplies. I could walk to town, but it was a long walk.

The hosts were off property, so I had to go to the neighbor to get the owner's phone number. Then I had to contact the manager to get the code for the key box by the front door. I finally got the key box open. This took about one hour, while my bags sat unsecured by the front door This was a very old AirB&B house which needed repainting on the outside, and redesign on the inside to modernise. There's ample space to do this. The shower cubicle is too small, and the shower rose needs replacing, because it keeps sagging on its own. The beds need proper side tables on both sides.

This cute little cottage had loads of charm & was super comfy. High ceilings made it spacious & the bed was great. It was suprisingly quiet being right on a road. The sun came up directly over the road & was beautiful to watch from bed 🌞

The location to town was good - an easy walk and parking was easy and accessible.

Beds were comfy. Liked that they were a good size. Had all the facilities we needed. Washing machine was good help.

Neighbours were noisy till late - not that the property was at fault.

I loved the warmth of the cottage it provides everything you need right down to a washing machine and dryer I recommend this little cottage
