Suastika Guest House Ubud

Everything worked great for me. The owner was very polite and supported us a lot. The room is big and very comfortable, and they clean it daily. They also have a delicious breakfast.

The place we got was different from one advertised on the pictures. It had older equipment in real, and was below expectations. The pool looked very good in picture and in real was small and dirty. There was nothing to stay by the pool and just in front of another accommodation. So we didn’t use it. The place was not clean: dirty table, spider webs. It was noisy because of dogs, celebrations and constructions around, had to sleep with earplugs and even got woken up one morning with it.

Spacious and private

Lovely big bed, great pool in amongst the green trees, spacious room, delicious breakfast and wonderful host!

Very beautiful place, yard full of flowers and trees, the tropical landscape is stunning and right next to the pool. Really nice view and quiet place. The people there are very friendly and kind, the stuff there is wonderful, Novi was beyond friendly and she left the room spotless and refreshed, she helped us with renting the best scooter, told us about the surrounding areas and talked about how life is there. She talked with us about everything and helped us with anything, she speaks English very well, if you need someone to speak to look for her. We can’t wait to come back again next year.
