Nice location . Over looks rice fields. But the photo on booking.com. Is not what you get these are Viillas. So can me misleading & i booked a room with a view. Which was a wall. But I requested another room & staff was helpful . I had a balcony woth a side view over the Rice Fields. It was also very quiet. No noise of cars & bike …

- Location was 10 minutes from center. - The staff is nice and helpful. - The breakfast is included and good. We had multiple choices to choose from everyday. Moreover if you choose the fruit platter it comes with watermelon, pineapple and papaya. - The owner can rent a scooter for 100k.

- Bathroom was really old and a bit disgusting. Water was not flowing properly from the shower and the sink. - There is rooster singing at 5 am very near the room making it hard to sleep.

Very nice garden and outdoor space with a pool, good location, shops and bars closed by.

I rented two rooms and they were big, there was little kitchen with fridge so handy. The bathrooms need TLC and they are not very nice at all.

No hot water, rock hard bed and pillows, super uncomfortable hot blanket and no sheets… and the hosts were just not friendly.

The location. It's about 10 minutes walk from the Royal Palace. The price. It was very affordable. The breakfast was very fair. I completely recommend this homestay if you are not fussy. If you book there, make sure you will bring your own toiletries, towels and a sheet to cover, as they are not provided.

The mattress sheets were dirt with blood marks, like if someone smashed a mosquito, but nothing major. The was only one dusty blanket to cover and no sheet. There was only one towel per room. There was a window with no curtains and the light from the stairs left the room bright for the whole night and couldn't sleep at all.

The lady who works there was super sweet, my friend got sick and she was super involved with us during our stay. The breakfast was good and it was super quiet- a little paradise just off a super busy road. Walking distance to the palace and more touristy area.

You can tell that it's a bit basic but they really work with what they have so give them a chance. We had a window to the garden opposite from our bathroom but there was no curtain or whatsoever, we felt a bit spied on in the dark- not really nice.
