Shared facility, which was unsuitable for my son who has additional needs. When I explained this to the property manager, he wasn't very accommodating in trying to help or even refund back our money

that was amazing trip, the room was very neat and clean also washroom and staff very cooperative so i recommended to this hotel come and enjoy, cheapest price

The staff never called or messaged me with details on how to get into the building. The area was a dump no sign outside it just looked like a normal house. No TV in room no coffee making facilities in the room. 1 toilet and shower in the building to share between 6 other rooms and shower is discusting old shower gel and shampoo bottles left in shower tray. The place has the feeling of a workers house not a guest house

The landlord start cleaning the property around 5:30pm, we had to wait in the living room, after one hour we decided to cancel the reservation. Very unprofessional!!! Property was old, horrible location

Needed somewhere to put our heads down for the night, great price, nicely decorated and presented, and clean.
