Level Chicago River North

I like level 6 with all the different rooms that we could have chill at.

We have to ask 5 times for towels. The lady who worked the front desk Monday night she brought us some towels. Shout out to her. Only had to ask her once. There were dirty towels in our sick when got there & our bathroom door was dirty.

Amazing views, super comfortable bed, very clean, large spacious apartment, well appointed.

The location was great.

The staff was either indifferent or rude. They wouldn’t even greet you when you were standing directly in front of them . There were many things broken in our room. We had a $200 per night hold on our credit card above the actual cost of the room that we paid in full for “amenities”. We had to wait hours to even get enough towels or linens for the pullout. We booked here for the washer and dryer in the room and the washer was full of old water that hadn’t drained out. We travel a LOT and will never stay in a Level property again. You get better service and amenities at a basic hotel.

It’s a great location, a 5 minute walk to Merchandise Mart station, the river and bars and cafes. Supermarket a 10 min walk away. 10 minute walk to the blue train line to the airport. Fantastic facilities, pool, gym and lounge area with shuffleboard.

Room not services unless you are there for more than a week.

Great location at a reasonable rate.

Great Location. The pool area was beautiful and plenty of space to spread out and relax.

We had issues with our room keys. We traveled with our adult children and wanted 2 keys. The staff could not get both keys to work. I would suggest updating the system or providing more training for the staff.
