We stayed at Level Chicago - River North and had an excellent experience! The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy, featuring modern design and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and shops. A big bonus was the additional amenities, such as the gym and common areas for relaxation. Everything was top-notch! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay in Chicago. We will definitely stay here again!

However, we were unpleasantly surprised by an additional $600 deposit, which was not mentioned during the booking process. On Booking.com, we had already paid a $200 deposit, but upon arrival, we were informed at the front desk that an additional payment was required. This was very disappointing to find out during check-in. In the end, the deposit amount was higher than the cost of the room itself, raising concerns about the transparency of the booking conditions. We hope the hotel will address this issue and provide clear information about all additional charges upfront to avoid such situations in the future.

Clean and amazing amenities. Can’t wait to go back in the summer. There was a slight mix up with our room. Staff was fast and friendly while correcting the issue.

Key cards for the elevator were a bit tricky.
