Washroom was clean and room was moderate.

Food is unpalatable and overpriced. Plain rice, dal, aloo bhaja and 2 pcs chicken costs more than 650/-. TV doesn't work. Staffs are not cooperative at all.

The one side of the double bed was squeaky and like a swing. The walls were mouldy in the room not just the bathroom. The receptionist lacked any customer service etiquette leave alone and simple thank you or welcome. Tv didn't work. Ac didn't have a remote . They were strict on no food from outside and half the items on menu was not available. The phone in the rooms don't work so had yo go down 2 floors for any service. Worst there is no wifi on the second floor. They blame everything on the poor cleaning boy for not telling them , which I find is a joke. No hot water either. And the bathroom was full of mosquitoes. . Despite booking. Com confirmation they send you a message to pay a token or full money upfront.

The hotel and staff are good. Especially the front desk team are so customer friendly.

Staff and breakfast is amazing. Wonderful experience. It is a nice cozy place with superb hospitality. Great hotel. Rooms were neat and clean.

From the décor to the service, everything was perfect. They truly know how to create a memorable experience.

Amazing hospitality. The location was well situated. Relax and calm….and Cleaner ! And all the nice perfumes in all hotel. Very nice staff.

Both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, staff was nice, room was clean and maintained. No unnecessary delays
