Cozy and bright bathroom, comfortable bed. It was very good place for family stay, we loved this property.

Nothing, worst experience ever, after payment when I reached the hotel they said no room available, I had to literally fight as it was late at night and had no were to go

Everything I am wondering how come a site like booking.com take these hotels under their umbrella

Nothing but they make fool using the old photos of the room and rooms are totally unhygienic. I must say that one should not stay for a shorter period too…!

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at your hotel, and I would like to highlight several issues that made it an unpleasant one. 1. Parking Issue:Despite advertising parking availability, when I arrived late in the evening, there was no designated parking space. The receptionist informed me to park beside a nearby house, which was not only inconvenient but also unprofessional. To add to the frustration, early in the morning, my sleep was interrupted when I was asked to move my car as it was blocking other vehicles on the road. When I confronted the receptionist about the lack of parking, I was told that if they didn’t advertise parking, no one would book a room at the hotel. This shows a clear lack of transparency and disregard for guest convenience. 2. **Unhygienic Washroom:** Upon entering the washroom, I discovered used condoms and cigarette butts scattered around the window. This level of uncleanliness is completely unacceptable. It’s clear that basic hygiene protocols are not being followed, which made me extremely uncomfortable during my stay. 3. **Room Condition:** When I turned on the lights, I was shocked to find gutkha spit stains on the walls and a used bedsheet on the bed. When I brought this to the attention of the receptionist, I was told the stains could be from oils used by previous guests, which is absurd. Despite requesting a room change, the other room had the same issues, apart from the washroom. It felt as though the hotel didn’t care about maintaining any standard of cleanliness. 4. **Lack of Proper Cleaning and Guest Care:** When I spoke to a housekeeping staff member, I was told that rooms are rented multiple times a day and that proper cleaning cannot be done due to low room rates. This was shocking, as it shows a complete disregard for guest hygiene and comfort. The staff also mentioned they were simply following the owner’s instructions.
