Cosy room and everything was great. But too small room for 4 adults.

The building itself was clean and secure with great facilities and comfortable beds as well as a good sized room and bathroom.

The location wasn’t great and required a decent walk and a metro or long bus/taxi to get into the centre of town. There was unfortunately a lack of sights and restaurants within a small walking distance but if you are comfortable with making the journey then it’s no problem.

It’s very well-equipped and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and has local food stalls very close by. It's about a 20min walk from Kyoto Station, but there are different stations closer, and since you move around a lot from place to place to see things, it doesn't really matter much. We had a small problem with the door code, and they took care of us very quickly, very kindly, and very effectively. We would definitely repeat! :)
