Nehansa Resort and safari

De kamer is super mooi en schoon, zeker voor de prijs die je betaald. Daarnaast hebben we een safari gedaan via het hotel, ook dit was super goed geregeld. En het personeel is super lief en behulpzaam

Het hotel ligt wat verder van het centrum en restaurants, maar ook in het centrum is niet zoveel te beleven.

I truly appreciate the excellent service at this hotel. Everything was impeccably organized, and the staff were both attentive and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting "Yala National Park".

The owner was fantastic, he personally took us out for a mini safari to the nearby river/swamp which had beautiful views and although we didn’t manage to see any crocs that time we saw lots of beautiful wildlife. Our actual safari to the national park was fantastic also. The room was comfy and clean.

There was nothing that we didn’t like about this venue. Great place to stay if wanting to do a Yala safari. Well worth the stay!

La limpieza. Dos de los trabajadores fueron muy amables.

El recibimiento por parte del gerente no nos pareció acogedor. Se agradece que ofrezcan ver los bambis y el pequeño safari pero nos pareció todo muy preparado y un trato frío hacia nosotros. Contratamos el safari con ellos y tanto el desayuno previo al safari como el del propio safari muy escaso y pobre.

Los dueños fueron majísimos desde que llegamos. Te ofrecen la opción de cenar y comer ahí mismo todo riquísimo! Te incluyen un pequeño mini safari para ver animales cercanos. Un 10’de servicio!

Warm welkom. Heerlijk verfrissend handdoekje en een verse kokosnoot. Het was erg warm dus zeer welkom. We waren wat vroeger dan de checkin, maar deden er alles aan om de kamer eerder klaar te hebben. Zelfs al zeiden we dat het niet nodig was. Op de avond van aankomst kregen we een gratis tour naar de 2 meren. Helaas geen krokodil gespot. Wel bij schemering de vele vleerhonden zien vliegen. De kamer zelf was zeer netjes. Wat harder/stevige bedden. Dat beviel ons heel goed. Bij de eigenaar ook een safari geboekt, een taxi naar Ella en lekker een keer avondeten. Hij wilde er alles aan doen om ons verblijf perfect te hebben. Ook het ontbijt was heerlijk.

Je zit iets afgelegen van restaurants, maar voor ons was de locatie top.

Upon our request, they agreed to change our room, which opened directly onto their patio office desk and dining room with new arrivals checking in & out outside our door. So it was noisy. We were grateful that we changed to a quieter room and thanked them. The Manager was very welcoming and chatty.

However, two members of staff were verbally arrogant and haughty when serving us. Unacceptable. They never apologized. We will sadly 😥 not keep a happy holiday memory of this hotel.
