Patio Elba Boutique Hotel

Great place!!!!

The only thing it was the bed 🛌 too low and internet connection was slow other wise very friendly staff very attractive of my needs

Easy check in, property was quiet, free parking was offered off site, thr jacuzzi and pool were nice touch.

Had a good experience nothing comes to mind to complain about.

Nothing. Provided lots of ‘things’ but given the overall state of the place, shampoo etc was fairly irrelevant

Where to begin… The fact that I stood on the street for 20 minutes being accosted by the homeless as the hotel was deserted at 15:00 in the afternoon and I couldn’t get in would probably be a good start. When I did get in to my windowless basement I killed two ants and a moth. Judging by the cobwebs hanging from the light, bugs frequent the room regularly. In the bathroom the toilet roll holder and towel holder were both broken. I didn’t examine the stains on the outside of the toilet bowl and just prayed they were rust. The bed was the piece de resistance. It was covered in dirt and pieces of hair (of all sorts) and very obviously hadn’t been cleaned since the last guest or perhaps several. So I shivered on top of it for the night as there was no way in hell I was getting into it. If you’re stuck for somewhere to stay in San Juan, try a park bench, it’d be preferable to the Patio Elba

I liked the coziness feel of the apartment, that it had a small kitchen, iron, blow drier & any other equipment we needed. The jacuzzi was a bonus. It was small but cute and had everything we needed.

The only downside was having to wait until 4pm to get the code for entry, we arrived a few minutes earlier and 3 of the phone numbers I was given for the property either weren’t working or no one answered, luckily the front desk man was kind enough to help us in.

Everything was good staff were very helpful and polite

I loved my stay! The room was beautiful and spacious. Everything was clean and bed was comfy. Staff were kind and helpful! Quick response when I had a question and I was able to store my luggage at their front desk before check-in. Would def stay again!
